Section 6 deliberately describes billing as not-yet-live, matching reality: there's no billing SDK wired up today. It'll be tightened once RevenueCat + Google Play Billing actually ship, without needing a structural rewrite.

1. Acceptance

By using ComniWell you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Who can use it

You must be 16 or older.

3. The service

ComniWell is a tool to log, track, and understand your own health and fitness data across training, nutrition, gut, supplements, biomarkers, and habits, connected in one shared data layer.

4. Not medical advice

ComniWell is for informational and self-tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Estimates — including AI-generated nutrient estimates from meal photos or recipe imports, and figures like calories, TDEE, or 1RM — are approximate and may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for medical, clinical, or dietary decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health, nutrition, supplement, or training decisions.

Logging any substance in the app — including supplements, peptides, and compounds — is neutral record-keeping. ComniWell does not recommend, endorse, encourage, or provide guidance on the use of any supplement, medication, or other substance, and you are solely responsible for your choices and for complying with the law.

5. Your data is yours

You own the data you enter. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, sync, and display it back to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions & billing

ComniWell is currently free to use. We plan to introduce a paid subscription in the future. When we do, purchases and renewals will be handled through Google Play Billing (managed via RevenueCat); the price, billing period, trial terms (if any), and auto-renewal terms will always be shown in the app before you subscribe. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled before the period ends, and will be manageable anytime in your Google Play account — deleting the app will not cancel a subscription. Trials and refunds will follow Google Play's policies.

This section will be replaced with full billing terms before subscriptions go live, and the change will be announced in-app — not silently.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, attempt to break its security, or use it unlawfully.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Changes & termination

We may update the app and these terms; we'll note the date and flag significant changes. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands; disputes go to the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
